Ginger and Honey Ice Cream
I don’t like ginger that much but this is soooo yummy.
Ingredients
- 7 ginger biscuits [roughly chopped]
- l vanilla ice cream
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger [crushed or finely grated]
- 4 tbsp honey [runny]
Instructions
- Leave ice cream out of freezer to soften for a few minutes, add all ingredients to the ice cream - mix evenly.
- You could place it back into the freezer if it is a bit soft so you can form scoops later. Sprinkle some biscuits on top and serve. (You could add a vanilla scoop with it to make it less sweet.)
