Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Granny Smith apple
  • 2 red apple
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 200 ml mayonnaise
  • 4 celery rib thinly sliced
  • lettuce leaves optional to serve

Instructions
 

  • De-core apples and cut into small pieces.
  • Place apples into a bowl and drizzle the lemon juice over them. Add the walnuts and celery slices and mix well.
  • Add the mayonnaise to the apple mixture and toss till well coated. Spoon the salad into a lettuce lined bowl and serve immediately.
