Instructions
In large pan / wok add 2 tbsp olive oil and garlic. Saute until fragrant
Add chicken sausage and shrimp. Saute until sausage is slightly browned
Add shredded cabbage, red wine vinegar and remaining olive oil. Season.
stir and toss until cabbage begins to wilt or brown slightly
remove from heat and allow to cool slightly and eat immediately
