Preheat oven to 180 Celcius. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray
Season Pork Chop with Salt and Pepper. Sprinkle rosemary on both sides. Lay chop on Baking sheet and top with 1 tbsp butter
Pour water into backing sheet (ensuring lamb is raised above the water)
Cover baking dish with Foil
Bake for 45 minutes and then remove foil and continue baking for approx 15-20 minutes (or internal temp is between 65 and 70 degrees - depending on desired doneness)
meanwhile melt remaining butter in pan over medium heat
Add broccoli, garlic and season with salt and pepper. Saute until broccoli is ready
