Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Combine all crust ingredients and mix well. Pat dough into greased dish. Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
While crust bakes, beat together filling ingredients. Fold in whipped cream. Pour filling over cooled crust. Bake for approx 30 - 45 minutes. Let the cheesecake cool down for 30 minutes and refrigerate for approx 1.5 hours or longer.
Notes
We found that 30 minutes was not enough for the cheesecake to set, cook it until the cheesecake is set and slightly browned.Image taken from wikipedia.
