Wraps: Chicken, hummus and avo

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g chicken (cooked)
  • 125 ml Hummus
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • salad greens
  • 4 wholewheat wrap large or double amount small
  • 1 tomato sliced

Instructions
 

  • Shred the cooked chicken, slice the avo and prepare the salad greens.
  • Heat tortilla wraps in a pan for a few seconds, just to heat and make them soft.
  • Assemble the wraps. Place some salad green on one side of the open wrap, top with a little of the shredded chicken, sliced avo, tomato and some hummus. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Wrap the tortillas tightly and serve immediately as a light dinner or a wholesome lunch.
