Shred the cooked chicken, slice the avo and prepare the salad greens.
Heat tortilla wraps in a pan for a few seconds, just to heat and make them soft.
Assemble the wraps. Place some salad green on one side of the open wrap, top with a little of the shredded chicken, sliced avo, tomato and some hummus. Season with salt and pepper.
Wrap the tortillas tightly and serve immediately as a light dinner or a wholesome lunch.
